The 3D tour provides spatial awareness, layout clarity, and a sense of flow that static images and video alone can’t match. Whether showcasing a luxury home, multi-unit development, or retail space, Matterport tours help agents build trust, reduce unnecessary showings, and elevate their marketing presence with cutting-edge visual tools. Deliverables Clients booking the Matterport 3D Tour service will receive: - Full 3D Walkthrough: A professionally scanned, interactive tour of the entire property using Matterport technology. - Dollhouse View: A 3D model of the property showing layout and structure from a top-down perspective. - Floor Plan View: A simplified overhead layout for easy navigation and spatial understanding. - Highlight Reel: Curated navigation points to guide viewers through key features and focal areas. - Branded & MLS Versions: One version with agent branding and contact info, and one clean version for MLS upload. - Shareable Link: Hosted tour link for use in MLS, email campaigns, social media, and websites. Professional Standards All tours are captured using Matterport-certified equipment and processed to meet Above the Roof Media’s quality standards. Deliverables are hosted securely and provided within the agreed turnaround time. Clients may request one round of edits or tag adjustments to ensure satisfaction, with additional customization available as an add-on.


Cancellation Policy

Above the Roof Media – Service Policies Booking Policy All appointments with Above the Roof Media must be scheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to allow for appropriate airspace verification, equipment preparation, and project planning. A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of payment, whether in the form of a deposit or full payment, and the issuance of written confirmation by Above the Roof Media. Clients are required to provide accurate property details, access instructions, and any special requirements at the time of booking. Drone operations are subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and prevailing weather conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant, Above the Roof Media reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to the client. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing notice at least twenty‑four (24) hours before the appointment. Cancellations made twenty‑four (24) hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than twenty‑four (24) hours before the appointment are non‑refundable, and rescheduling may incur an additional fee. In the event Above the Roof Media must cancel due to weather, technical, or regulatory issues, the client shall be entitled to either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Failure to provide property access or client absence at the scheduled time shall be considered a “no‑show” and treated as a same‑day cancellation, which is non‑refundable. Waitlist Policy Clients may elect to join a waitlist when preferred dates are unavailable. Waitlist requests shall be honored in the order in which they are received. When a time slot becomes available, Above the Roof Media will notify the client by email or text message, and the client must confirm acceptance within twelve (12) hours to secure the appointment. A deposit is required to hold a waitlist position. In the event no appointment becomes available, the deposit shall be fully refundable or applied to a future booking at the client’s discretion. Rescheduling Policy Clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule per booking, provided the request is made at least twenty‑four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
