Above the Roof Media provides premium real estate media services, including aerial photography, ground photography, videography, 360° tours, construction documentation, branding content, and digital deliverables.

2. Scheduling & Appointments
2.1 Booking Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only after written approval and/or required payment.

Clients must provide accurate property details and access instructions at the time of booking.
2.2 Property Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is ready at the scheduled time, including:

Interior and exterior staging

Removal of vehicles, trash bins, and personal items

Securing pets
-
Ensuring safe access
If the property is not ready, delays or reshoot fees may apply.
3. Weather, Safety & FAA Compliance
3.1 Weather Conditions
Above the Roof Media operates in accordance with strict safety and FAA guidelines. Weather may delay, modify, or prevent aerial or ground operations.
Conditions that may impact service include:

High winds

Rain or moisture
-
Fog or low visibility
-
Lightning or storm activity
-
Extreme temperatures
-
Unsafe ground conditions
If weather prevents safe operation:

The shoot may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Partial services may be completed when possible.

If the client declines rescheduling, cancellation fees may apply.
3.2 FAA Regulations
All drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations.
Delays or restrictions may occur due to:

Controlled or restricted airspace

Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)

Proximity to airports, heliports, or military bases
-
Emergency response activity
-
Authorization delays (LAANC or manual approvals)
If FAA authorization is delayed or denied, the client will be notified, and the shoot may be rescheduled or modified.
Safety and compliance always take priority.
4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
4.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the invoice or service agreement.

Some services may require payment before delivery.

Late payments may incur fees.
4.2 Refund Policy

Digital products and completed services are non‑refundable once delivered.

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind

Client‑side technical issues

Failure to download files before expiration

Weather or FAA delays outside our control
If Above the Roof Media fails to deliver the agreed‑upon service, a remedy or refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Digital Product Delivery
5.1 Delivery Method
Digital assets are delivered electronically via:

Client portals

Cloud‑based delivery systems
Delivery is considered complete once the link is sent to the client’s email.
5.2 File Access & Expiration

Download links remain active for 30 days.

Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files.

Redelivery of expired files may incur an archival retrieval fee.

Long‑term storage is not guaranteed.
6. Revisions & Reshoots
6.1 Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revisions.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Revisions include adjustments such as color correction, cropping, or labeling.

Revisions do not include reshoots.
6.2 Reshoots
Reshoots may incur additional fees unless caused by:

Equipment failure

Operator error

Conditions within our control
Reshoots due to property readiness, staging, weather, or client changes are billable.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
7.1 Ownership
Above the Roof Media retains full copyright to all media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Client License
Clients receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the delivered media for:

Marketing the specific property

Business promotion related to the project
Clients may not:

Resell media

Transfer media to third parties

Reuse media for future listings

Alter media in a way that misrepresents Above the Roof Media’s work
7.3 Portfolio Use
Above the Roof Media may use completed media for:

Website portfolio

Social media

Marketing materials
Clients may request exclusion in writing before delivery.
8. Liability & Limitations
8.1 Operational Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if conditions are unsafe or non‑compliant with FAA regulations.
8.2 Limitations of Liability

Weather‑related delays

Property access issues

Client‑side technical problems

Loss of data after delivery expiration
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
