My name is Chris, but most people know me as “Donde.” My military journey began in 1999 when I enlisted in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewman. Over the course of 23 years, I rose through the ranks from Recruit to Chief Petty Officer, a path that shaped not only my leadership style but also my commitment to precision, discipline, and service.

The military didn’t just give me a career—it gave me a mindset. It taught me how to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute with purpose. These values now fuel my work as the founder of Above the Roof Media, where I bring the same level of focus and integrity to every aerial shoot and client interaction.
