After 23 years in the Navy, I came home with a love for aviation, an eye for detail, and some health challenges that forced me to slow down and step back from everything for a while.
For about a year, that was my whole world. But eventually it was time to find my way back.
A job opportunity involving drones pointed me in a direction, and one thing led to another. I started shooting properties, fell in love with the creative side of it — the framing, the lighting, finding the angle that makes a room feel the way it actually feels — and Above the Roof Media was born.
The tech keeps me engaged. The craft keeps me sharp. But what really gets me out of bed is knowing that when I show up to a shoot, I can take something off an agent's plate and actually make them smile. No stress. No hand-holding required. Just someone who's going to treat their listing like it was their own.

What to expect when you book with me
I want every agent I work with to feel the same thing at the end of shoot day — relief. The kind that comes from knowing it was handled, the media looks great, and you didn't have to worry about a single detail.
I confirm everything in advance. Property details, access, timing. I come prepared so you don't have to babysit the process.
I show up on time — early, usually. I move efficiently through the property and handle everything from interior shots to drone passes. You can be there or not. Either way, it gets done right.
